Our consulting services are addressed to

 

  • Research policy makers such as governments and international institutions: Based on current international data and research we provide evidence-based policy advice. Our services also include design and moderation of high-level workshops and conferences related to our priority areas.

  • Universities and non-university research organisations: We provide support with the design, implementation and evaluation of strategies and programmes, with special focus on researchers’ career development and equal opportunities as well as on designing research, funding and management strategies.

 

Current topics include value-based doctoral education, equal opportunities in science and research,  individualised evaluation and merit assessment, future-oriented conflict management, prevention of sexual harassment and violence, culturally sensitive integration of researchers at risk.
